Watch this motivational video as the front man of the Parachute Band tells part of his inspirational life story of how the discovery of the true love of Christ changed his life, and hear one of his songs.

I have had the pleasure of hearing Omega and the Parachute Band on many occasions - both in concerts and in worship conferences. I also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with both Omega and Sam Dejong. Omega is a testimony to God's love and his desire to heal and restore people. The first time I met Omega his head was down and he was covered by a hoodie, hardly talking to anyone. Now a few years later, his head is held high, his worship leading style dynamic, he is confident, chats, smiles and talks readily and strong in his walk with God. Both Omega and Sam are testimonies to the fact that young people can have a dynamic, faithfulled walk with God. They are good role models for our young people who look up to music 'idols' who are not usually worth it. Sam and Omega are - they are humble and obviously love to worship while staying current to where youth are today. My husband and I are not young people in fact are in our mid 50s but appreciate quality music and spending time with God.
