Jeffrey Dahmer was responsible for a series of gruesome murders of 17 young men from 1988 until he was caught on July 22, 1991, in Milwaukee. While serving his 15 life sentences in priso, Jeffrey was introduced to Christ. Watch this interview video talks about his Christian conversion.
